Speech with Syntactic Analysis

Complete a typed draft of a close-to-home speech, with syntax analysis

This is a revised version of your speech that includes (on a separate page):

  • A count of all telegraphic, short, medium, and long sentences
  • A count of all sentence structures in use: simple, compound, complex, compound-complex, cumulative, periodic, and balanced.
  • Three quotes from the speech of demonstrating striking syntax (phrases or short portions of sentence - BUT NOT WHOLE SENTENCES - that are powerful or memorable)

If you do not have enough variety in your speech, you will NEED to make revisions: no variety = low grade.
