In a typical year, my AP Literature and Composition course ends with Hamlet, memorizing and performing significant scenes from the play for an audience of students and faculty on campus. This is not, however, an ordinary year - we had to adapt.

Rather than performing these scenes live, my students developed an abridged Hamlet radio drama, producing key scenes with narration, foley effects, and music to enrich the performances of the actors.
