The Audio Anthology is the final project of Coral Academy’s Creative Writing course. Over the course of the year students have written fiction and non-fiction, both in poetry and prose, modeling their writing on the work of published authors and creating their own styles along the way. This Audio Anthology is the culmination of a year’s work.

Students were tasks with exploring all of the year’s written works and selecting three of their own that have a connection to theme of their choosing. To accompany these, students chose works from peers in the class and from published works. In anthologizing these works, Creative Writing students found something to say about their topics and reflected on the process of writing (and performing) creatively.

These works include poems, essays, short stories, and formats that find space between these. More than anything, they are personal collections and personal reflections into the creative and personal lives of teenage students.

All spoken recordings are originals produced by students. Some Creative Commons audio may be included. The final productions are entirely composed and edited by Creative Writing students.
